In the summer of 2007, we Won a Gold Medal at The International Olive Oil Competition held in Los Angeles. This follows The Silver Award in 2006.
In 1999 we planted our first 740 Olive Trees originally from Tuscany
at our Estate in Angels Camp, California - establishing the Skyhawk
Olive Orchard.
Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced from selected Frantoio
and Leccino olives grown at our Skyhawk Olive Orchard and are Harvested
by hand at the perfect level of maturity to achieve the
International Award Winning Quality.
The olives are cold pressed and kept in 5 to 15 gallon drums until
bottling to retain the outstanding flavor - emerald golden color
and nutritional values. We custom bottle to order from our limited
quantity of hand crafted Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
We are very proud that the Skyhawk Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Lemon,
Basil and Orange Oils are used by many of the world renowned hotels,
restaurants and private clubs in San Francisco, Sacramento and Boston.
We will also ship our products anywhere within the United States.
